The T-E-A-M!

Hi! My name is Jenna and I am from the beautiful island of Kauai. I am a fourth grade student at King Kaumualii Elementary School. I love to hang out with my friends and have a crazy time with them at the mall. I like singing and dancing to music which I blast on my CD player.

I think the most challenging part of Thinkquest Junior was the thirty minute plane rides back and fourth from Kauai to Honolulu to meet with my team. Another challenge was communicating by e-mail which took forever and a day. I would have much rather talked to them in person. It sure was difficult doing all of this other work when I have Hula, Piano practice and Girl Scout activities to go to. But I still managed to do well.

This project was a good experience for me and I learned how to use programs that let you do cool stuff. One of my favorite programs was Adobe Photo Deluxe because I could do weird things with pictures.

I liked being in Thinkquest Junior and I had a lot of fun creating our website.

Hi! My name is Daniel. In my spare time I like to play basketball and play on my computer. I am 10 years old and in fifth grade at Holomua Elementary School. I like to play on my computer most because configuring settings and playing games are fun.

When researching and making webpages about Hawaiian navigation, I had a hard time with organizing the information.

My name is Jon and I am from Honolulu, Hawaii. I am nine and I am from Nuuanu Elementary School and I am in the fourth grade. I play soccer and I have been playing soccer for six seasons (one season is three months I think). Another one of my favorite sports is golf.

One thing that was challenging on this project was that we had to spend all our long holidays in a computer lab looking at a computer for six or more hours, when I could have had a Nintendo 64 controller in my hand looking at the televison playing my favorite N64 game.
