At Nielson school we had two China days and one China night. On the
first China day we had people from China teach us how to write and speak Chinese. We
also had ribbon dancing. We put together a collage of pictures of China. We
performed The Terrible Nung Gwama play. |

We learned about the abacus, tangrams, and geography of China. On
the second day we had the same activities except the cast members of the play were
different. On China night we preformed the play, had Chinese Jeopardy, and learned to eat
with chopsticks. |

We sold items made in China at the Chinese market. China night was
really fun because our parents came and did the activities with us. |
