Your right!!! It would take your tractor 10 seconds to stop. You can use either of the two formulas below to figure out why. Normally, you would use the 1st one but since, in this case, your deceleration remains constant, you can use the 2cd formula as well.
s = vi(t) + .5(a)(t)2
OR
a = v / t
