Early one morning all of the people in the village had heard great news. The queen would give a reward to the person who could pull out her koa tree. Each peasant came out and tried out their luck but failed but just when they least expected it a tall dark man with a white loincloth on and pigskin walked in. He had muscles like no other and as soon as he grabbed on tightly to the tree he quickly up-rooted it. The queen sent her messengers to get him but he was no where to be found. In the distance the people could see a pig running into the the bushes to be unseen. It was Kamapuaa the pig god.
