Congratulations! You have been hired by an up-and-coming airline company, The Blue Goose Express. Your job is to determine the shortest route that will take you to the following cities: Kenosha, Wisconsin, Buenos Aries, Argentina, Paris France, Nome, Alaska, and Calcutta, India. You must start and end your trip in Kenosha, Wisconsin, but you may visit the other cities in any order. Before you accept this assignment though, your pay will be determined by how many miles you travel. You will get $1.00 for every mile less than 30,000 miles that you travel. It is to you advantage to find the shortest route!
You will be using a Distance Calculator to find the distance "as the crow flies" between the cities. You may find a world map helpful too. Show all of your work on your own paper and turn it in to your boss (teacher), who will reward you for your efforts.
