
Central Washington
Central Washington is located in the central part of Washington State.
It is bordered by; the Cascade Mountains in the east, Columbia Basin in the west, Okanogon Highland in the north, and the state of Oregon in the south.
This region was formed by two main forces; Glaciers and Rivers.
Some natural features of this region are rivers, lakes, and river valleys.
The rivers in the Central Washington are the Columbia River, Methow River,
Wenatchee River, and Yakima River. The major lakes of this region are Lake
Chelan, and Lake Wantapuca .
