We think learning should be fun, so we created many places for people to meet and enjoy themselves, while sharing and learning from each other. We built chat rooms and created IRC chat rooms, but to use the IRC chat rooms, other software is required. We suggest:
Once you have chosen your program, open it up, set it up and try to log on. The server that you wish to choose is DalNet and the chat room is CHEM101A. If that room is full, try CHEM101B and then CHEM101C, etc ...
If you would rather stay on the Chem101 web site, you can choose from our 5 CGI based chat rooms. If you decide to use on of these chat rooms, you will have to hit the speak/refresh button every few seconds to see what other people are saying.
