Navigation Tips
There are two major methods of navigating this site, frames and noframes.
Frames
With frames, you will have a beautiful navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. Use this button bar to move around the site. Whenever you leave the site, the navigation bar will (ta-da!) disappear.
If you are using Netscape, be aware that you can move backwards in a frame by clicking and holding on a Macintosh or right-clicking on a PC or Unix machine, then selecting "Backwards in Frame" from the menu that appears.
Occasionally you will see navigation buttons just sitting around the documents. These are primarily for the use of NoFrames users, but Frames users can take advantage of them without any harm.
NoFrames
Without frames (as will be typical for those not using Netscape), be aware that you will not see tables or any other post-HTML 2.0 constructs. This follows from the fact that we want to reach the broadest group of users, since anyone (and everyone) should be investing. This is your future and our future, and it should not be restricted for anyone.
You will have to use the inline images for navigation, and the occasional menubar. If you switch to frames mode, it is likely that things will be profoundly messed up, so hint, hint... don't.
