How To Tell What Kind Of Foot You Have:

The Wet Test:
Stand with damp feet on a dry towel, ceramic floor, piece of paper, etc., and look at the print. A normal foot will have a visable arch, with the forefoot and heel connected by a thick band. An overpronating foot will have no or a barely noticable arch. Underpronators/supinators will have a very noticable arch with the forefoot and heel connected by a thin band or not connected at all.

Overpronating Foot
Underpronating Foot

Check Your Old Shoes:
Take a pair of your old shoes, put them on a flat table and look at them from behind. Normal strikers will have worn pretty evenly. Overpronators will be really compressed on the inside. Underpronators/supinators will be really worn on the outside.
