Shin Splints in HS Runners

Recipe of the Week:
Crazy Sandwich
-Some kind of rolls (kaiser rolls)
-Blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries
-Honey

Cut open the roll, place fruit inside, drizzle the honey over it. Eat it. (It'll work with bananas, but eliminate the honey. And sometimes it's good if you add a little coconut too.)
