- A Story About Conservation is an extended explanation of conservation. It is intended to help build upon the student's knowledge of the concept and help him/her begin to apply that knowledge towards specific physical quantities.
Physical Quantities
Students can explore the following physical quantites within Bang! Boing! Pop!
Each section provides a description of the nature of the physical quantity, how it applies to conservation, real-life examples of the quantity in action, and specific physical formulas that the student might encounter in a physics class.
Other Features
- The Glossary is presented to help students learn physics without being troubled with new vocabulary. The first time a difficult word is used in the text, it is linked in hypertext to its definition in the Bang! Boing! Pop! glossary
- Quizzes allow the student to gauge his/her own progress without the stress that normally surrounds tough examinations in school. A short quiz exists for each section:
