THE SALAMANCAS

Guillermo Martínez, an old logger of "Anta", told that here there is a solitary place, some stones that have engraving a man playing the guitar. He says that in that place many people have heard music of several instruments, as anybody cannot play them. That it is seen that they are musicians like there are not others. And he says that they hear songs, voices, laughs and screams. Everything as if it was a great dance, that music in such a lonely place, without Housings, is because there is a "Salamanca". He says that many people go in order to hear and when they saw that they could not hear nothing . Then they assured that it was a devil's thing. Some have arrived and later as anything has not been known about them. But other that have been in that party of the "Salamanca", they have left knowing how to make things like they cannot make them others.

The loggers, that were near that place when they felt that music, they tried to escape before the music, more and more near, grabbed them. There they have to be valiant, to pass some very difficult tests and to give him the soul to the devil. Then they tell what they want, wealth in fields and in animals, to be lucky in the game, to be a perfect musician in the guitar or another instrument.

And a lot of people say that when someone hears in a solitary place that music because there is a " Salamanca".
