  1. Technically we became more prepared for energetic crisis then we were before.
  2. Local deputies became more active in their demands and actions.
  3. Our capital (Moscow) is very far from Kamchatka, so our problems didn't worry government of country, they even didn't know about them. But after the crisis they had to solve them.
  4. We want to do everything before next energy crisis. For example we want to finish working on this page till next lack of electricity.
  5. We don't want to have the same thing again, to suffer the same feelings of cold, uncomfortable, indefinite in the future, when we don't know what is waiting for us tomorrow, unknown the situation, alienation from the world (without TV, Radio, Phones, Fax, E-mail)
  6. We understand that we have to find ecological and cheap source of energy so we could not to depend on government. We are ready to consider any suggestions. We'll share this ideas with people of Kamchatka.
