Bioethics is the study toward the
things that one grasp the matter more holistically, interdisciplinarily. But
it is difficult to grasp this thinking distinctly. So you can start with grasping
the basic something. This is the ethics. What is the Ethics. To put it easily,
the Ethics is the study that one think how to live.
George Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel, Chief
German philosopher--1770-1831--, have it that we can not say to murder that
you are beautiful, and handsom, there is the mono-nature of common sense. In
other words, he ironically say that common sense have only the choice whether
good or bad. Good and Bad is the one side of the matter in order to estimate
the matter. Hisatake Kato, Professor of Kyoto University, explained that using
this example.
As to the mother who offered
her own organ for her child, though one speak well of her to say that there
is nothing more pure self-sacrifice than this act. One said that this is the
egoism traced from child's cuty of hers. We can not know whether her child
long for the transplant or not. Possibly these may be right. Even the case
of muder has the value of human, so mother's love might include egoism. It
is not until mother is said that it should be applied to health insurance,
for this is the treatment, or this is the egoism, so this act should not be
granted legally that problems which need solution bodily arise.
