Plan lessons and activities (Teacher Area)
This page has links to areas in this site and elsewhere on the Internet to help teachers plan lessons about creation and/or evolution. The creation vs. evolution debate is a great way to sharpen critical thinking and communication skills. It can also spark interest in the scientific subjects of molecular biology, comparative zoology, paleontology, and geology. It can even carry over into literature class, where students could study creation stories from various cultures, including Genesis.
Exploring creation and evolution will lead students into thinking about why they are here and the meaning of life. Those are subjects that everyone can relate to and get excited about!
