Appearance requirements
According to the regulations, the gymnasts should be in tights made from a proper textile after a definite fashion. Excessive patterns are not allowed at all as it can lead to serious sanctions and even declassification. Hairs have to be combed together and lifted to a tail or put up in a bun. The selection and training of the gymnasts is a difficult and long-lasting process. This activity is similar to a pyramid. It is based on the work with the youngest girls. There are numerous groups of such children. The main purpose is to physically strengthen the children. The natural selection is carried out along the years. Some girls reorient themselves to other sports, another towards art, science and professions being closer to their own qualities. At last the children having talent and capacities, will and persistance, remain in the gym hall and continue their way towards the national teams.
