A Knuckle Ball is a pitch that (to me) is one of the most difficult pitches to throw. The ball is not supposed to rotate. This pitch is effective for it's unpredictable path. The ball is gripped across the seams with your knuckles or fingertips. It is thrown with a stiff wrist, no snap or spin. Home
