Chris Bodenhamer (Eternal_Darkness)
- What're you good for?
- Contributor to website design, newsie, head of Design
and Optimization, writer
for HTML.
- Stuff to say
- Hello…you have reached the Bodenhamer residence…please leave
your IP and message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Hehehe, just kidding. Well I suppose that I should tell you a
little about myself since you read this far. My name is Chris
Bodenhamer and I live in Reno, Nevada. Of recent I just graduated
from Reno High School with honors (please hold your applause)
and I am 18 years old. My experience with computers dates back
to the days of the 5" floppy drive (school computers) and my first
computer was, alas a Macintosh. Since then I have tinkered with
computers and games and I recently built a new computer system
from scratch. I have extensive knowledge in Win95/98 and I am
currently trying to learn Linux. The internet has been my main
focus of attention ever since I got my first PC which was able
to log on. I know HTML and plenty about site design. As far as
software goes, I am familiar with Office 97, Nuts and Bolts, and
lots of games. My browser of choice is IE 5.0 (though I do like
Netscape 4.6, it cannot compete with IE 5.0 on a system with the
kind of resources that I have). I spent a couple of years on webpage
development and education. Other than that… there is not much
else you should know about me. Catch ya later =)
Lark Anderson (Anubis)
- What're you good for?
- Website Designer, CGI hacker, head of JavaScript
and Stylesheets.
- Stuff to say
- Hello, my name is Lark Anderson. Of all the rest of the members
of the team, I guess you could say that I have been using computers
the least amount of time. I am 17 years old, and the one here
that's still in High School (D'OH!). I actually started working
with computers when I was about 7, using the school Apple II's
and Macintosh's. Since then, I have not really had all that much
contact with computer's, save for the ones in my schools. The
first computer I actually owned I got only last year, around March.
But since then, I've gone a long way. I am now a professional
webpage designer with extensive knowledge in HTML, JavaScript,
Cascading Stylesheets, and DHTML. On top of that, I have knowledge
in the following programming languages: C, C++, BASIC, Visual
Basic, Perl, Java, and Visual Fox Pro. I have experience with
Windows 3.1x, 95, 98, and am going to learn Linux. If you are
into computer games, I am a scripting wizard, and am going to
try my hand at mapping. I know how to use all major applications,
and I am also building my own computer from scratch. Besides computers,
I am a Green Belt in Chinese Kung-Fu (a combination of White Tiger
Bok-Fu and Choi Li Fut) and am one belt away from Black, I like
to play video games, I love the Simpsons, am the Keeper of Useless
Trivia™, and I whup the other guys at Killer Instinct. :P
Ryan Jones (Erebus)
- What are you good for?
- Graphics guy, contributor to site design, head of Graphics
and Servers.
- Stuff to say
- Hello people! You have come to the corner of F1 Web Help that
deals strickly with me. =) My name is Ryan Jones, I am 18 years
old and currently live in Reno, NV. I am a recent High School
Grad (Thank God) and will be going to college in the fall at Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute in Troy NY. As you can probably tell, I
enjoy computers and pretty much anything that deals with computer
systems. My first computer was a very, very old Macintosh. You
know the ones with a black and white screen about six inches wide?
It was a beast. Ever since then I have always been interested
in computers and have constantly increased my knowledge of the
field. I have experience on Windows NT 4.0 server machines, as
well as UNIX based machines (Linux, IRIX). I am knowledgable with
LAN and WAN hardware, routers, and the TCP/IP protocol. I am familiar
with software based firewalls as well as basic network, and internet
security. On the software side, I have pretty much used it all.
I am very experienced with Autodesk's Autocad R14, and have had
a few jobs assisting architects, drawing site plans, and designing
homes. I am also familiar with Adobe Photoshop, and Kinetix's
3D Studio MAX. I know HTML, basic UNIX shell scripting, and am
currently learning PERL. Well, that is me (at least the computer
me) that is Ryan Jones. I of course, enjoy many other hobbies
besides computer systems, but that would be another rambling in
itself. =) 'later.
