Spreitenbach has two big shopping malls - in fact the clients come from the towns around. Some years ago they were the biggest in Switzerland, now its on third place. Many people come her top make their shopping - most from the surrounding towns - but also from Germany, as the border is just 35 km (22 miles) away from here. These shopping malls have their good and bad sides. If you run out of something you can just go there and get it.
On the other hand the mall is a meeting place for people - also for kids. This can be funny, but there are also problems with shoplifting. |
