When you are asked to divide the area of the Origami in half, what do you do?

　3.Look at these. These are the Servant Base and the Blintz Base.

Then, you can fold this way to divide them into 1/2 again.

Now you know how to divide the area 1/2 and keep the square shape all the time. This is called the Blintz Base (the primary of the Servant Base), and it is very important in Origamiﾕs basic methods.
