1) How do I return to the home page from any page?

You can return to the home page by clicking on the Environmental Impact on Endangered Animals logo at the top of any page.

2) How do I find information on an animal I only know the name of?

First press on the Search For Animal button to the left. Then input the name of the animal in Text To Search For Box. To search for the animal you have inputted press the Find Animal! button. A list of links to pages containing the animal you have searched for will appear, click on the one that has the name of the animal you're searching for in it.

3) How do I find information on an animal I only know a few letters of?

First press on the Search For Animal button to the left. Then input the letters you know the animal contains followed by spaces. For example: j a c would bring up every page that has j and a and c. If you know the first few letters of the animal you should type them in without spaces. For example: jac would bring up every page that had jac in it, this method narrows the search for you. You could also do this for any other grouping of letters you know the name of the animal has. You could also click on the State Listings button and scroll down through the different state listings to find the Animal. This would be helpful if you know the state the animal resides in.

4) How do I find an animal if I don't know how to spell it?

First press on the Search For Animal button to the left. Then input as much of the animal's name that you know how to spell. For example: if you knew how to spell the first three letters of an animal but were unsure of the fourth, start by typing in only the first three and see what the search engine finds.

5) How do I find an animal if I only know the state it's in?

First press the State Listings button to the left and then click on the state you want to see a listing of. Scroll down through the page until you find the animal you're looking for. You can also use the search engine by typing in the state you're looking for. This will bring up a listing of all pages that have the state you typed in.

6) How do I find an animal if I only know the Latin name of it?

First press on the Search For Animal button to the left. Then input the Latin name of it. A list of links to pages containing the Latin name you're looking for will appear. Click on the link that has the Latin name you typed in.
