Kinetic energy: When an object is moving, it has Kinetic energy.
Example: When we are running, we are giving out kinetic energy.

Potential energy: When an object is lifted above the ground, it has Potential energy.
Example: When we are benting a bow, it has potential energy.

Heat energy: It is a kind of energy which produce heat.
Example: When a heater is turned on, it gives out heat energy.

Light energy: It is a kind of energy which produce light.
Example: When we turn on a lamp, it will give out light energy.

Sound energy: It is a kind of energy which produce sound.

Electrical energy: This type of energy will electricity.

Nuclear energy: These energy is used to produces electricity by the nuclear power station.
