Queen City of the South

An elongated island bordered on the west by Tanon Strait on the east by Cebu Strait. Situated geographically between 9925 degrees and 11915 degrees latitude and between 123913 degrees longitude in the center of the Philippine Archipelago. It can be reached in an hour through air travel, 365 nautical miles from Manila.

Hilly and mountainous, the entire length of the island from north to south is traverse by a ragged mountain range. The climate is relatively moderate and has no distinct wet or dry season.

It has five cities with Cebu City as the capital, Danao City, Lapu-Lapu City, Mandaue City and Toledo City. It also has 48 municipalities. Cebu at its best gives excitement, fun, and inspiration.
