The province of Zambales was formally organized in 1572 by Don Juan de Salcedo. The earliest migrants, the Malays, came from Celebes Sea and settled in the northern area up to Cape Bolinao of Lingayen Gulf. Zambales which covers an area of 371,440 hectares, share common boundaries with Pangasinan on the north, Tarlac and Pampanga on the east and Bataan on south.

Appreciate the beauty of Zambales. Visit the snake Island. An island with complete recreational facilities very ideal place for relaxation. Include swimming, scuba diving, boating and other water sport such as regatta, water skiing and wind surfing.

Second is the Balon Falls. A perfect paradise for nature lovers with crystal-clear water fresh from the falls, where fragnace of wild flowers and tree surrounds the whole place, and the only sound of the birds and wild animals breaks the tranquility of the place.

Third is the Hermana Mayor Island. An island in the middle of the sea, located at Sta. Cruz, Zambales. It is popularly known as the Miss Universe Island since it was the place where the candidates for the Miss Universe Pagent in 1970 had their photography sessions.

The forth in the list is the Silaguin Bay. Endowed with abundant marine resources and wild animals, it is one of the coast soon to be developed into a fish sanctuary. Naturally, an iedeal to visit for scuba diving and snorkeling.

The fifth on is the San Salvador Island. Its abundance in marine resources has made it most famous as scuba divers paradise in Central Luzon. Divers would certainly love feasting their eyes on seeing the largest manta rays. The island has clean water, smooth beaches coupled with powdery white sand and cool sea breez.

The Island is also reach in mountains and caves. One of it is the Mt. Mabanban. An ideal setting for summer camping and mountaineering. A magnificant vista of Subic Bay area while one is at its peak.

Another is the Mt. Pinatubo. Made for its catastrophic eruption in 1991, now a source of travel and study among tourist and travellers visiting Central Luzo. Anong the travel destinations covered by Mt. Pinatubo include Botolan Resettlement Sites in Tuaugtog. Loob-Bunga and Baquilan where one may induldge in community immersion with the culture-bond native Aetas; Bucao River, now completely covered with lahar where one may engage in a walking Safari towards the foothillsof the dreaded volcano; Pinatubo Lake in San Marcelino, Zambales to see a panoramic vista of the volcano and an opportunity to walk to the Pinatubo crater.

One of the famous cave is the Sto. Niņo Cave. Carved out of a fissure on the earth's crust, this carved measures about 50 by 75 meters. As its central wall sitsan altar with the images of the Holy Family. The wierd cross in the Background is a makeshift of humar femur bones.
