	Robert A. Milikan (1868-1953) Millikan measured the precise charge of the electron with the oil-drop experiment.
	Ernest Rutherford (1871-1937) Rutherford discoverd the nucleus of the atom as a result of alpha particle scattering in his gold foil experiment.
