In the lands of Scythe Minor the Thracians met the
resistance of the ancient Gals. It seems as if they were strong but
were defeated by the Thracians into two parts. The first part was dislodged
to the Black Sea coast and it run with its available navy. The Thracians
have already secured its rear, they headed toward the other galley's forces
and continued their march to West until they defeated the Galley and repulsed
them beyond the river Iskar. By this way they possessed the lands from
the Danube to the Balkan Mountain and from The Black Sea to river Iskar.
A millennium and more continued the inflow of horse
tribes, which formed the Thracian ethnos.
The ancient authors wrote about 60 tribes but mainly
living in the middle and north part of the East Balkan Peninsula, the Aegean
coast, and around the river valley of Morava and Vardar, Struma and Mesta,
Maritza and Arda. They were less in the north parts.
