Man has always been dependent on the sea for food, however he is alone in contributing towards the destruction of this habitat. Coral reefs being one of the most productive areas of the sea have been badly affected by man's influences. Damage has been done in 90% of countries which have their coastlines protected by reefs. We as the dominant species on Earth have moral obligation to repair the damage already done on coral reefs.
