There are two four frequency figures the Small Rhombicuboctahedron and the Small Rhombicosidodecahedron. Each figure comes from connecting the adjacent midpoints of the the Two Frequency Figures.
The Small Rhombicuboctahedron comes from bisecting the sides of the Cuboctahedron. It is important to note that this method will not create a true Small Rhombicuboctahedron, but instead the shape seen below. If you notice in the shape below the squares appear to be rectangles. In order for this to become a true Small Rhombicuboctahedron the shape must be squished in a little.
