Eustachio was an important man in medicine. He lived from 1500 to 1574 and like other anatomists of the time, learned a great deal by disecting the human body. Eustachio did a lot of work with the facial organs. He has the Eustachian tube in the ear named after him. He also studied teeth and veins.
