La aventura comienza:
 

En la Amazonía paisajes y ríos de imponente belleza conviven con el hombre, en medio de una vegetación y fauna exuberante. Pájaros de vistosos plumajes, orquídeas y flores de vivos colores enmarcan el paisaje de tranquilidad y paz que están las CABAÑAS ANACONDA, enclavadas en una Isla del río Napo, un corto viaje desde los Andes a la Selva le transporta a uno de los pocos centros naturales del mundo
 

The adventure begins:

Beutiful landscapes and rivers live togeather whit the primitive men in a majestic world of vegetation and animals. Wonderful colored birds fly in the peaceful and quiet region. Full colord flowers and beutiful orchidds are also part of the zone. In this fantastic area is located ANACONDA LODGE. This an island of the Napo river, place you can arrive from the Andes in a short and fantastic trip.

Cabañas Anaconda:

Pocos lugares ah logrado mantenerse casi intactos, conservando el extraordinario valor ecológico que brinda la naturaleza. CABAÑAS ANACONDA conciente de este hecho  transporta a sus visitantes, con las comodidades modernas, a una visión de la vida primitiva en su ambiente natural.
Majestuosos árboles rodean las cabañas dando un colorido espectacular. Los sonidos de la selva le acompañan en todo instante creando una atmósfera muy especial.

La selva a su alcance:
La naturaleza ha creado diferentes tipos de selva (alta y baja ) a las que el hombre primitivo ha sacado provecho en todas sus formas. En las arenas de sus ríos descubrió oro, de las plantas extrajo alimento y medicinas, de su fauna, comida y creatividad y de su suelo supervivencia.
Acompañados por un guía de selva se tiene la oportunidad de conocer estos secretos ancestrales en paseos a pie y/o canoa
The junge:

Nature has created differente types of ungle (high and low). Primitive men has discovered the way of using the jungle for they own needs. Gold was discovered in their rivers sands, medicines and food coming from the plants and trees, animals to cat and create cloth and survive from the land.
Whit a jngle guide, visitors have the oportunity to know this ancient secrets, walking or usin canoes.
Programas:

Día 1° :
Programa C. A. 1 (2 días 1 noche)
Mediodía: recepción en el puerto fluvial MISAHUALLI . en este lugar los pasajeros deberán chequear su pasaporte o cédula de identidad en el destacamento de marina con ayuda de nuestro personal.
Seguidamente los visitantes se embarcarán en canoa con motor fuera de borda para trasladarse a las aguas del río Napo hasta las CABAÑAS ANACONDA. Luego de un  viaje de 40 minutos se llega hasta el hotel. A la llegada se realizará la distribución de  las habitaciones.
Almuerzo:
En horas de la tarde los pasajeros podrán conocer en detalles la Selva Baja.
Ena aventura diferente  y digna de admirar. Esta caminata tiene una duración aproximadamente 2 horas en la que observarán su ornitología y su flora.
Regreso al hotel: Cocktail de bienvenida y cena.

Día 2°:
Luego, salida en las embarcaciones para trasladarse hasta el puerto Misahualli.
Trsa un viaje de una hora, arribo, desembarco de equipaje y pasajeros.
Programa C: A: 2 (3 días 2 noches)

Día 1°: (igual día uno C. A. 1)
Día 2°:

Desayuno:
Luego de ocupando las seguras canoas y buenos pilotos, los visitantes viajarán río abajo hasta llegar a SUMINO, afluente del Napo. Este viaje e 40 minutos mostrará las bellezas de la ribera y permitirá prepararse para internarse en los bosques de lluvia y selva o selva alta. Aquí se conocerán algunos secretos de la selva, como algunas plantas y árboles medicinales, la supervivencia en la selva, y otras sorpresas. Con suerte se podrá admirar algo de la fauna Amazónica. Esta caminata de 2 horas abre el apetito. Una vez finalizada y de regreso a las embarcaciones almorzarán bajo los frondossos árboles (pic nic). En la tarde las embarcaciones surcarán el Napo para llegar a otro hermoso afluente el río HUAMBUNO. Aquí si las condiciones nos permiten, se llegará en canoas hasta un pequeña laguna con lagartos (jacarér) y los JOATSIN, aves exóticas que han tenido muy escasa evolución en la vida y hoy corren peligro de desaparecer.

Día 2° (Igual a día 2 C: A: 2)
Día 3° Desayuno.
Posteriormente la aventura de este día comienza visitando otro maravilloso ejemplo de la selva alta. En esta oportunidad se ascendería por la ladera de un cerro selvático a orillas del hermoso río ARUJO para admirar la selva primario, como siempre con la compañía de guía.

En horas de la tarde continúa, la experiencia amazónica visitando la población indígena de AHUANO para vivir escenas del diario acontecer de la zona. Se aprenderá a usar la cerbatana, la fabricación de la chicha de yuca y algo más.
Regreso al hotel:
(si las condiciones permiten, los visitantes podrán nadar en el río Araujo.

A continuación, una aventura inigualable. Desde hace cientos de años, los indígenas ocupan los ríos como vías de comunicación, empleando para ello sus pequeñas embarcaciones y las balsas, rudimentariamente construidas pero de gran utilidad. Ahora el visitante podrá vivir a plenitud esta experiencia, observando y viajando por las aguas del río ARAUJO hacía su encuentro con el río Napo.
Día 5

Pesca, caza  búsqueda de oro, están  allí... BÚSQUELOS... y encuéntrelos...

Todos los visitantes de la Amazonía deben llevar pasaporte o cédula de identidad.

Cómo llegar:

Por vía terrestre a través de las carreteras Quito – Putumayo – Tena o Quito – Baeza – Tena. Vía aérea previo contrato en Napotour. Vía fluvial: Ruta Misahualli Anaconda.

En las cabañas:

Todos los programas incluyen pensión completa. Las habitaciones no cuentan con energía electrica para una mejor ambientación a la primitividad de la zona. El agua no es potable; no obstante se proporciona agua especial para el aseo personal.
 
 

General Informations:

All the visitors of the Amazonía should carry passport or identity certificate.

In the cabins:

All the programs include complete pension. The rooms do not count on   electric energy   for a better ambientaction to the primitivity  of the zone. The water is not drinkable; nevertheless it is provided special water for the personal bathroom.
 

Qué usar:

Recomendamos ropa liviana de algodón, pantalones largos camisetas y sombreros.  No olvidar su traje de baño y repelente contra insectos. Sugerimos calcetines, y el resto de ropa de vestir doble que será muy útil por los cambios de clima. También lo son las botas de caucho, anteojos para el sol, bronceador, binoculares, chompa para la lluvia y muchos rollos de fotografía.

What to use:

We recommend light cotton clothes, long trousers vests and hats.  Not to forget yours  bathing suit and repellent against insects. We suggested socks, and the clothes rest of geting dressed double that it will be very useful by the climate changes. Also it are the rubber boots, eyeglasses for the sun, solar protector, binocularss,  raincoat and many photograph rolls.

JAGUAR Hotel tiene capacidad para 40 personas alojadas en habitaciones simples, dobles y triples, cabañas. Un cómodo bar, acogedora sala de estar y un amplio comedor. Energía eléctrica y agua potable propias.

CABAÑAS ALIÑAHUI "Hogar de mariposas"

Aliñahui en lenguaje Quichua significa "Vista hermosa".

Dedicada a la investigación científica y la conservación de la selva- Aliñahui es el hogar de:

520 especies de pájaros
750 especies de mariposas
miles de especies de planatas incluyendo orquideas y bromelias.

Ubicación

Las cabañas están localizadas en un costado del río Napo, uno de los mayores tributarios del Amazonas. El lugar tiene vistas panorámicas del río, los Andes y en días claros, cuatro volcanos nevados. Esta frondosa zona ecuatorial en la alta Amazonía es conocida por su inmensamente rica diversidad de especies animales y vegetales, talvez la más rica en la tierra.

Fácil acceso a más de 2000 acres de selva tropical y caminos hacia las estaciones biológicas de Aliñahui y Jatun Sacha, incluyendo jardines de plantas medicinales, enfermerías experimentales en Centro de Conservación para las plantas amazónicas.

Ocho cabinas elevadas con baño, (duchas y todos los servicios), y patios con hamacas, en un jardín de cuatro acres, que son inspirados en la arquitectura local, Veinte seis habitaciones en las que se alojan hasta hasta 45 personas.
Puesto de observación al borde del río con espectaculares vistas, de sol a sol.

Comida

El comedor al aire libre ofrece tres deliciosos, saludables y cordiales estilos de comida cada día, estos son cocina ecuatoriana, europea y americana; sopas como hechas en casa, panes y frutas tropicales estacionales son las especialidades.
Agua embotellada y bebidas frías están siempre disponibles a precios razonables.

Proósito de Aliñahui

Cabañas Aliñahui fue comprada en Abril de 1994, por Fundación Jatun Sacha de Ecuador y California Health & Habitat.
Ya que cabañas Aliñahui es un programa excento de impuestos, y es una organización de caridad, los ingresos se dedican a la conservación y a otros propósitos de caridad, incluyendo educación, investigación y protección y compra del bosque tropical y otras fuentes naturales.

Acceso

Aliñahui se encuentra a seis horas de Quito, se puede llegar rentando un auto, bus o un furgón con un chofer.

Day1°

Arrive by bus or plane to Lago Agrio, a bus ride to the control point of the reserve. Boarding a canoe you will float dawn several rivers util you get to the selva Rica Cuyabeno Camp. In the afternoon you go Jungle walking Dinner and brief discussion.
 
Day2°

Early mornig bird watching. Brekfast and departure on jungle trek (3 hours) The guide will explain to you the natural power of the plants. Lunch in the afternoon there will be time to fish piranhas. Return to the camp and discussion,

Day3°

Brekfast and visit to an indian community where if its posible we will see the Shaman. Lunch. In the afternoon walk arround the indian community to be in contac whit the indigenous and their lives. Dinner and at night we will go to see alligators.
Day4°

After breakfast departure by canoe to take a walk in the deep jungle, arround de Aguasegras River. Box lunch and return to the camp at night. Rest, relax and fishing time. Special Last Night Dinner.

Day5°

Early in the morning short walk to see birds. Breakfast and we will go by canoe to the port to take the bus back to Lago Agrio to take the plane or  bus to return Quito.

How to get there:

Traveling by bus is 8 hours from Quito to Lago Agrio, or by plane 30 minutes.

What to bring:

- Mosquito repelent sunbolk, T- Shirts, Swiming suit, hat Rain coat, pants.
- Camera films 400 ASA.

Cuyabeo by eurgalágos

(discover the amazon Jungle as it´s was Created thousand years ago)

Cuyabeno:

Thr reserve was created in 1979 with the goal of protecting this area of rain forest. Conserving its wildlife, and providing a sanctuary in which native cultures are integral part of this seemuingly impenetrable world.

Studies indicate that therre are 4 obserbation species of caiman, 1 specie of anaconda, 2 species of dolphins, 493 species of birds, 17 of parrots, 10 species of monkies, 473 species of fishes, 96 species of anfibious and least 24 genus of palms.

Our bilingual guides and canoe rides will take you to see native shamans and craftmen, giant trees in the rain forest.

Intinerari “A”

Day1°: Flight from Quito to Lago Agrio (30 minutes). Upon arrival transfer by land to Cuyabeno Bridge , where we will take a canoe to go down the river to “La Hormiga” camping site. Lodging in tents.

Day2°: After breakfast, walk trough tje Jungle conducted by a native guide who will explains so you can learn about of wild herbsand tree. At nigth we will have an amazing trip to wath cayamans.

Day 3°: Breakfast. Visit to Cayamancha and Patacocha Logons. A full morning bird watching. After lunch and the rest of the afternoon, fishing for piranha. Camping site at Cuyabeno Bridge.

Day4°: After breakfast, transfer to the airport to take you flight back to Quito.

Intinerary “B”:

Day1°: Flight from Quito to Lago Agrio (30 minutes). Upon arrival transfer by land to Cuyabeno Bridge , where we will take a canoe to go down the river to “La Hormiga” camping site. Lodging in tents.

Day2°: After breakfast, walk trough tje Jungle conducted by a native guide who will explains so you can learn about of wild herbsand tree. At nigth we will have an amazing trip to wath cayamans.

Day3°: The chattering of the macaws announce breakfast. Full morning of bird – watching on the lake. Lunch. The rest of the day hikking, padding, fishing  or bird – watching. The fresh air and sounds of the jungle put you to sleep.

Day4°: Breakfast. Visit to Caymancocha and Patacocha Loagoons. A full morning bird watching. After lunch and the rest of afternoon, fishing por pirnha. Camping site at Cuyabeno Bridge.

Day5°: after Breakfast, transfer to the airport to take your flight back to Quito.

Travel tips:

Entry requirements:

Pasaport (valid for at least 6 months) and a tourist card valid for  90 days obtainedn arrival. Visitors from some caoutries need a visa and should consult an ecuadorian consulate.

Air transportation:

The national airline TAME serves on the Oriente region and files to Lago Agrio. Fligths to the Oriente originade only in Quito. There is a 40 pound (1 bag) allowance.

All means, assistance by native guide translator, equipment in the jungle (sleepings, poncho, tents, boots), all transportion.

What to Pack:

Live in the jungle is very informal. Confortable and light – weigt clothes are a lmust. Bring long trursers, shorts, preferabbly cotton shirts, a pullover for the nights and good rubber – soled walking shoes. Don´t forget to bring a swing – suit, sunglases, a hat and insect repellent as well a binoculares, a lamp and many rolls of film.

Intinerary:

May be subjet to change due to weather conditions or National Park Directives. The guide may deviate from the published intinerary for a reason he deems asvisable.

Tipping:

Tipping is at the discretion of the passanger.

Climante:

In the Amazon region the climate is humid, warm with frequent rains. The drier months asre May to October when the temperature range from 19 to 28 degrees.

Healt:

It is not indispensable to have vacciantions for rthis area but travellers asr advised to take anti – malaria tablets; also yellow fever vaccination will be recomended. Passengers should be in good physical condition.

Payment:

Once you arrangement are confirmed, a USD per person deposit is required. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the departure date. All rates are subjet to change.

Cancellations:

Up to 60 days prior to departure, total amount paid will be refunded in full, execpt for usd 50 per person service change. 59 – 26 days prior to departure, 50% of the total tour rate will be forfeited. 25 days to the day of departure, the total tour rate is forfeited. If cancellation is due to mediacal reasons of  passanger, a 50% refun will be made upon receip authenthic medical documentation.

Children:

No children under 7 years of age, execpt under special prearranged conditions. Children under 16 must be accompained by adult.

How to get there:

The lodge can be reached by a lovely, 31/2 hours drive trough subtropical terrain. Head east from Quito to Baeza, turn north towards Lago Agrio. After passing the small town of El Chaco, continue 11/2 hours more untill San Rafael Lodge, before reaching the town of El Reventador.
