Name: Tasslehoff Burrfoot

Race: Kender thief (but don't call him one!)

Born: In the town of Kendermore, homeland of the kender

Life:    Tasslehoff (Tas) was born in Kendermore (nobody knows exactly when) and was the nephew of the famous Uncle Trapspringer (for real), and met Tanis and Flint during his Wanderlust, a period of time in a kender's life when he feels an urge to travel and see the world. He was so intrigued by them that he decided to stay with them, much to Flint's horror and disapproval. Tas was always cheerful and mischievious, like so many others of his kind, except that he never stole from his friends (not much anyway...). Of course, Tas always maintained an innocent front, protecting that he never stole anything, he either borrowed it, or it coincidentally fell into his open pouch (yes, all kender carry pouches to contain their "items"). He liked Flint a lot, and always greeted the gruff dwarf cheerily, and although the dwarf would never admit it, he was really fond of Tas. Of course, Tas, like many other kender, was highly curious, which got him in great trouble many times, but again, typical of many kender, he was also foolishly brave, even in the face of danger. (In the face of death, Tas would go "Are you going to kill me? How are you going to kill me? Are you going to disembowel me? Or feed me to a lion? I've never been eaten by a lion before, I wonder if it's fun....Will the lion eat me head first or what?" Well...you get the idea...) Anyway, Tas was greatly affected by his travels with the Heroes, such that he lost most of his kender curiousity after a while. (After all, he had met the Queen of Darkness, was close friends with Paladine himself, and had seen so many things already...) Very soon, he became rather tolerable, such that others didn't try to avoid him anymore. Anyway, Tas' brilliant career ended when he tried to kill Chaos, the Father of all Gods, trying to banish him with the Kender Spoon of Turning! ( I never said kender were blessed with great intelligence, but they do have a great amount of faith and imagination) Tas got killed by Chaos, or rather, stomped on by him, when he tried to poke Chaos with the Spoon. Tas died and got reunited with Flint under the tree near Reorx's forge, and they all lived happily ever after, though Flint still pretended to be irritated by the kender. He got buried at the Last Heroes' Tomb, along with his other friends that had died in the War. (Tanis, Sturm...) Also, after that incident, many kender suddenly claimed to have an Uncle Tas, and also claimed to possess the Kender Spoon of Turning, which Tas had used to banish Chaos. (You see, Palin cast the spell to banish Chaos at about the same time Tas poked him, so...) Thus, Tas became quite a hero among kender after that.
