Fizban the Wizard
Name: Fizban (Paladine)
Race: Human Wizard (Platinum Dragon)
Born: No one knows...
Life: Not much is known of this strange entity, except that he was a mysterious wizard dressed in mouse-coloured robes that joined the Heroes on their journeys. He was actually Paladine the Platinum Dragon, God of Goodness in disguise, in his avatar form, but nobody really knew that. Fizban was a close friend of Tasslehoff the kender, perhaps because the kender helpfully helped him to find his hat whenever he lost it, which was rather frequently, for he kept forgetting that it was actually atop his head. He was actually a very powerful wizard, with very powerful spells, just that he could never remember the exact spell that he needed and kept casting the wrong one, often resulting in amusing situations. At times, Fizban rides on his pet gold dragon, an old dragon called Fool's Gold by the other dragons, for Fizban acted foolishly at times. However, I believe that all this was just an elaborate act, for he was after all a god, and could not directly intervene in mortal affairs, risking upsetting the balance of good and evil. I suppose that he was just there to aid the Heroes at crucial times and to guide them along their quest, for when they really needed help, Fizban would miraculously remember the spell that he needed...
