Dragon Prince.....

"A land of sand and sun, where Fire reigns eternal....."

            The realm of the Desert, where the story mainly centres about, is a realm of hot sands and warm suns, where Dragons fly freely and Sunrunners weave Fire at will. The series mostly talk about how Prince Rohan and his son, Pol, counter various attempts against their peaceful land, firstly by the cruel High Prince Roelstra, then in the second series, they battle against the strange invaders that are cousin to the Merida.

            Feeling lost? Let us explain in more detail. The main characters are Prince Rohan, who later manages to defeat High Prince Roelstra, a cruel man, and becomes High Prince himself, establishing a realm of peace and prosperity, assisted by his Sunrunner wife, the beautiful Lady Sioned. However, his land is soon threatened by barbaric invaders that claim to be cousins to the Merida, glass-wielding assassins that are enemies of Rohan and his family, Roelstra's allies. Rohan is killed at his castle, an old man by then, and Sioned flees with the rest of her family, plunging the entire castle into flames in her grief. Pol then becomes the next High Prince, with his wife, the delicate Meiglan, and with his warlike nature and the aid of his cousins Maarken and Andry, sons of Lord Chay, husband of his Aunt Tobin, he eventually manages to triumph. Intriguing story? Of course it is....
