Web Site Information - Help

This page provides help to users experience any difficulties using the web site. If you cannot find the answer to your question, please email us by using our feedback form.

Viewing Video and Audio Clips

Our site has more than one hour of original video clips, so it's suggested that you have the RealPlayer 5.0 or above. You can download the latest free player (G2 Player) from www.real.com. Our web server supports streaming real files, so while you're watching and listening to the clips they are downloading.

What do these icons mean? They allow you to select your connection speed so you can listen to the clip you want. The higher the quality, the greater the file size.

28k Connection - Best for people with a 28.8 modem connection. Low Quality.

56k Connection - Best for people with a 56.6 modem connection or ISDN. Medium Quality

T-1 Connection - Best for people with Dual ISDN, cable modems, DSL, or people who are on a LAN connection like a T-1 or T-3. High Quality.

Browser Compatibility

We have tested Through the Wires using Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator on several operating systems.
We suggest that you use Internet Explorer 4.x and above or Netscape 4.x and above.

Note: Some people using Internet Explorer 5.0 may be experiencing some weird problems. This is due to the many bugs in the browser, not our site. Check with Microsoft to make sure you have the latest IE 5 patch to help.

Is There a Text Only Version of Your site?
