From announcing to the Upload of the last file working for the ThinkQuest project was quite fun. As I (Michi) discovered the ThinkQuest Homepage (www.thinkquest.org) I thought this is a perfect chanceto extend my HTML knowledge. On the next day I told my friends Joh and Bernhard about ThinkQuest.They were also enthusiastically and thus we decided to educate a team with the coach Mr. Goergner, the computer professional of our school. Then we had to find a suitable topic... We decided the topic bionics because we are very interested in this subject of science and we announced briefly before deadline for applications (at the end of of April 1999) at the competition. We met almost each Saturday alternating with us at home and operated sometimes more sometimes fewer on our pages. It was very difficult to translate the sites of the German into English. God is thanks that there is a dictionary... As we had then finally finished our Website Mr. Goergner checked our work and we sent it to the ThinkQuest Server. In the end we want to thank the organizers of ThinkQuest and the sponsors that the fact that there is this competition because handling this technology and the teamwork is for the future and the occupation in addition, the school very importantly. Thanks that we were allowed to participate in such a ingenious competition.
