Gravity Center.- Is the point in which the mass of an object concentrates. In a sphere this point is the middle of the diameter. Here in the Earth, this effect is the same. That's why in all standing things the base is bigger or equals to the top.
The gravity center tends to look for the closest place to the center of the Earth, so if something has its gravity center on its top, it will fall down.
