This is an Art section brought to you by our very special partners from South Africa. They are Sizwe and his friends from the Ningizimu School for the Severly Mentally Handicapped in Durban, who have done especially well in the arts and even have an annual A4 art exhibition. This gallery showcases the artwork they have done for our site. You'll see their art all over this site.

a4art

The first A4 Art Exhibition took place in 1996, started by the Ningizimu School for the Severely Mentally Handicapped as a small contribution to promoting understanding amongst Special Schools and Main Stream schools. The initial idea was that all art works submitted be A4 in size.

The time period we're covering on this web site: 1900-2000!
