The fresh water
is necessary to the life of the Man.
Alas, the fresh water is rare, less than 2 % of water on Earth
is soft.
As of Antiquity, the Man tried
to solve the problem of the food is with thus due being engaged of
gigantic work when the resources were not sufficient or irregular.
Today, the fresh water and drinkable lack cruelly in certain
countries and causes the death of thousands of people. Indeed, without
fresh water, not of cultures thus not of food. The lack of water is a
world problem which must be regulated between all the countries.
