Sentosa Island

This is one of the Singapore's islands. It is in fact the biggest of all the other islands. One can go to Sentosa either by cable car or ferry, bus, taxi, car or even walk to the island. There is an entrance fee to the island and one must pay for to go into individual attractions on the island.

For the water lovers, one must visit Fantasy Island, the water amusement park, so remember to bring your swimming suits! The other attraction of the island is the Underwater World. It is Asia's most exciting tropical oceanarium and has an 80-metre submerged acrylic tunnel which allow you to view over 2,500 marine creatures from over 250 species.

Another attraction is the Butterfly Park where one can see different species of butterflies. It is a feast for the eyes and cannot be missed. There are also other attractions like Fort Siloso,VolcanoLand and many, many more. For beach-lovers, you must come to the sandy beaches of Sentosa. One can travel round the island by monorail which is free or special buses which are also free.
