Amendment #1

 Freedom to press.

 Freedom to speech.

 Freedom to protest.

 Freedom of religion.

 No national religion.

Amendment #2

 You have the right to bear weapons.

Amendment #3

 No quartering of soldiers during the time of peace.

Amendment #4

 No illegal searches and seizures.

Amendment #5

 Must be accused before brought into court.

 You can take the 5-th (not say anything about situation)

 Can't be accused of one thing twice.

 You have the right to life, liberty and property.

 No denial of property w/out compensation.

Amendment #6

 You have the right to: speedy trial, to have a lawyer, to have a jury, to confront your witness, and you must be accused by the judge.

Amendment #7

 You have the right to a trial by jury , when the case is over $20.

Amendment #8

 No cruel and unusual punishment.

Amendment #9

 Anything not listed in the constitution, you have the right to it.

Amendment #10

 Power not given to the government, becomes the states'.

Amendment #11

 One cannot sue a state in a Federal Court.

Amendment #12

 How we select a President and a Vice President.

Amendment #13

 Abolished slavery

 Due process =protection.

Amendment #15

 Right to vote cannot be denied because of race, color, or previous servitude.

 Women have to right to vote.

 20-th of January - VP/P terms end.

 3-d of January - Senators/Representatives terms end.

 Repeal of amendment 18

 President can only run for 2 terms.

Amendment #23

 Washington D.C. has the right to vote 3 electoral college votes.

Amendment #24

 Eliminated pole taxes.

Amendment #25

 Presidential disability and succession line.

Amendment #26

 Right to vote at 18 for citizens.

Amendment #27

 Congressmen cannot raise salary unless it is a beginning of a new term, or a new election.
