Disk Defragment
Click on START, then PROGRAMS, then ACCESSORIES, then SYSTEM TOOLS and finally DISK DEFRAGMENTER . This will bring up the defrag program. You should do this procedure at least once a Month. This is a very easy program to use. Just choose your drive you want to DEFRAG and click begin. Then you will have to leave it for around 1-3 hours depending on how fully your hard drive is and how fast the hard drive is.
