How to plan ahead.

If you are buying your first computer and want to stay up to date without having to fork out too much money then this section you should pay some attention to. Computers are forever changing, but the only reason you should constantly need to upgrade is that if you a made computer game person. If you purchase your computer for doing things like the kiddies homework and doing business reports then you shouldn't need to constantly upgrade your machine.

The most important thing to do when planning ahead is to not buy all the best and expensive hardware that the salesman might say is the best. The truth is that after forking out all that money 6 months later the product will be half price and another product will be out that is twice as fast as it!

You should always buy brands that are well known and have a large customer service, either web site, e-mail or even phone number. The fact is that any hardware you buy will eventually have to have it's drivers upgraded or something like that. Do research or even ask questions when you are purchasing hardware to make sure that when you have a problem with the product it can be solved without a big hassle to you!

Basically to plan ahead you should research the products you are buying and should ask plenty of questions when making a purchase.
