After the Christmas days I began to search a team to made a project in the frame of the Think Quest Programm. I made a advertisement at the Team Maker. After hundreds of mails I received a mail from Niccolò. We wrote a lot until  we had decide theme of the site. Finally we found a theme: Radiology. Niccolò was a profi in this theme, but I was a beginer, I had knew nothing about it. At this time we were only two members so we searched a third. Niccolò knew a third one. So we were three members in our team. We began to work, at first we made a page with the content. As the content page was finished everybody chose his work. When I and Niccoló had made more  then a half of our work  K., the new member, had make nothing. We had worte a lot e-mails everyday. But K. didn't gave a answer. So we tried to let K.dismiss K by writing many e-mails to the TQ Help-desk. But they have only given advices how we could work with K. So I had writte to Mr. Landwehr of   Think Quest Switzerland and the Migros culture producer. He wrote a letter to the Think Quest org.  Since this letter are we only two members in our team. We had began to search a new member. I sent the Think Quest news server many e-mails. But we hdidn't found a third member now yet, so finished our work alone.

Niccolò 

I began to search a team member after Chritstmas. I didn't still know exactly what I was gonna do, because this is my first web site I ever mad. So after having been in contact with many people who proposed a lot of themes, I "met" David on Think Quest Team Maker. From this moment on began the problems with the third team mate, about who you can read in David's story. On 1st July I went on holidays, and so I wasn't able to work on the site, I could only receive and send some e-mails. For this reason I had to come back 2 days (9 and 10 August) to complete the work in 48 hours!!
