Assembly

For each covers, use a square of paper, 10x20 cm in size.

1 Valley fold and unfold the paper in half from bottom to top.

2 Turn the paper around. Valley fold and unfold the paper in half from bottom to top.

3 Valley fold and unfold the bottom and top edges to meet the horizontal middle line.

4 Divide the paper into 8 equal sections by valley folding.Turn the paper around.

5 Valley fold the top edge down to meet the fold-lie made in step 1. Make a fold-mark. Then unfold it.

6 Valley fold the top edge down in half between the fold-mark made in step 5 and fold-line made in step 1. Make a fold-mark. Then unfold it.

7 Valley fold the top edge down in half between the fold-mark made in step 6 and fold-line made in step 1.Then unfold it.

8 Valley fold the top edge down to meet the fold-lie made in step 7. Then unfold it.

9 The result. Turn the paper over.

10 Valley fold and unfold consistently each rectangle on the diagonal taking place from the top left-hand point in bottom the right-hand point of each rectangle.

11 Valley fold the bottom edge as shown. Turn the paper over.

12 Step fold the paper along the existing fold-lines.

 

13 Insert one section of the left-hand edge under the layer of the right-hand edge. It is difficult operation, but to execute it is necessary neatly.

14 The result.

15 Twist on a spiral the bottom layers in the direction shown by the arrow.
