Slip, it is possible to collect addresses, telephones, diskettes, squares for origami - all this together and to systematize in a paper card-index.
Use a rectangle of paper, A4 in size.

1 Fold and unfold a sheet half-and-half.

2 And once again half-and-half.

3 Fold and unfold the top and bottom borders of a sheet to the central line and back.

4 Divide the paper rectangle into eight equal sections by valley folding.

5 Turn the paper over. Divide the paper rectangle into 16 equal sections by valley folding.

6 Valley fold the lateral edges to the central line. Distance W - width of a card-index. The given sectoring is designed for cards 10x10 cm.

7 Valley fold and unfold the corners.

8 Valley fold two sections.

9 Valley fold and unfold the corners.

10 Open out the flap.

11 Valley fold four sections.

12 Valley fold and unfold the corners.

13 Valley fold and unfold the edges to meet the fold-line made in step 12.

14 Open out the flap.

15 Valley fold six sections.

16 Valley fold and unfold the corners.

17 Valley fold and unfold the edges to meet the fold-line made in step 16.

18 Open out the flap.

19 Valley fold eight sections.

20 Valley fold and unfold the corners.

21 Valley fold and unfold the edges to meet the fold-line made in step 20.

22 Open out the flap.

23,24 Turn the model around and repeat steps 7-18.

25 Open out the flaps, that they were perpendicularly to a surface of the model.

26 Pressing on the designated corners, fold the form in a plissage. If to you are familiar or the actions shown in this step are clear execute them and pass to a step 27. If you had difficulties, execute a chain “A-B-C” seven times, passing from one pair corners to another.

26A Compress two strips, pushing from below in a place marked by a point.

26B, 26C Continuing to hold two strips, press lateral corners and fold them in a plissage.

27 Check up result and turn the model over.

28 Insert the edges under layers.

29 Now we work with the corners. As shown in increase, it is necessary to fold edges.

30 Card-index is ready!

It can stand on a table in the unwrapped view or to be stored in a file-folder.
