Postcard "Two hearts"

Use a square of paper.

1 Fold a sheet half-and-half and return in an initial position.

2 Make the limited crease.

3 Fold the lateral sides to the centre.

4 Valley fold and unfold the top edge to the middle fold-line.

5 Step fold the paper.

6 Valley fold and unfold the corners.

7 Valley fold the lateral edges to meet vertical middle line.

8,9 Open out the model and form the creases as shown.

10 Bring the left- and right-hand sides around and together as shown in the next step.

11 Rpess the paper flat.

12,13 Turn the model over.

14 Fold all layers half-and-half and return in an initial position.

15 Open the model, valley fold the top edge on the existing crease and return model in an initial position.

16 Lift down the top point as shown.

17 Mountain fold and unfold the corners.

18 Turn the model over. Move the corners in the direction shown by the arrows.

19 Turn the model over.

20 Pull out the side points in the direction shown by the arrows.

21 Mountain fold the top edges inside the model.

22 Sink the corners.

23 Turn the model over. Sink the corners.

24 Insert the corners inside the layers.

25 Turn the model over. Mountain fold the corners back, thereby making the shape of the heart.

26 Turn the model over and make the preliminary creases.

27 Sink the corners.

28 Open out the sides and squash they down neatly.

29 Mountain fold the corners inside, thereby making the lock of the card.

30 Turn the model over and insert the corners into the pockets.
