Candy-box

Use a square of paper.

1 Valley fold the opposite sides and edges together in turn to mark the vertical and horisontal fold-lines, and open them up.

2 Turn the paper over.Valley fold the opposite corners together in turn to mark the diagonal fold-lines, and open them up.

3 Press the middle of fold-lines, until the sides pop up. Bring the sides together and down towards you. Press the top down neatly.

4 Valley fold the left-and right-hand points to meet top point. Repeat behind.

5 Open out the left-hand flap of paper and squash it down neatly into square.

6 Valley fold and unfold the top square on a diagonal.

7 Mountain fold the corner inside on the fold-line made in previous step.

8 The result. Repeat steps 5-7 for other three sides.

9 Valley fold the left-hand flap over to the right, as though turning the of a book. Repeat it with the back side.

10 Valley fold the corners of the front and back sides.

11 Turn the model around. Valley fold and unfold lateral and bottom corners to the centre. Repeat behind.

12 Valley fold the top corners downwards. Repeat behind.

 

13 Valley fold the left-hand flap over to the right, as though turning the of a book. Repeat it with the back side.
14 Valley fold the top corners downwards. Repeat behind.
15 Open a candy-box so that the lateral corners remained closed. Form bottom on the marked folds.

Candy-box is ready!
