Oribana CD is completed!
When we have begun to create paper compositions, we would like to think up for them any special word. Then we have taken two words: an "Origami" and "Ikebana", have united them and as a result the very beautiful word "Oribana" has appeared. Origami + Ikebana = Oribana What

We continue to receive the images of New Year's origami - trees from our friends from the different countries! This work was done by Rachel Katz, Bianca Chang, Pat Sisler and Ros Joyce with contributions from members of L.I.F.E. (Long Island Folding Enthusiasts, USA) Rachel Katz tells: "Our L.I.F.E. group decorated an origami Christmas tree. It is for charity but there is judging and out of 50 entries, we won the award for the most artistic tree. We used pink, purple and silver and made over 300 ornaments." It looked is very beautiful when the 500 pink lights were lit! Photos
