Venus from Buret.
One of the most known finds in Siberia is dressed palaeolithic Venus from Buret, found in 1936. As against many other female statuettes of palaeolithic time the face is very precisely designated on this statuette. Its small oblong head is narrowed down up, the forehead is low, the cheeks and setting out cheekbones are precisely outlined, the nose is vague a little and very small, the eye are squint, almond-shaped. Most likely this woman belonged to the mongol racial type.

There is one more interesting detail. This statuette " is dressed" in fur clothes with a hood represented by special semicircular deepenings. Those clothes are very similar that the modern aboriginal inhabitants of Siberian north use. Most likely an ancient Siberians, living in severe conditions of the Ice Age, made from skins just such insulated clothes, reliably defending the whole body.
