Text: The original impressionistic quartet... the
Ravel owes a lot to this
work, and while many people may prefer the more graceful Ravel
quartet, I prefer this one with its driving force. If I had to
choose between Ravel and Debussy, I'd say that this one should go
on the top 15 list.
